Based out of Atlanta and Columbus Georgia, Ci Sam embodies the true definition of a southern lyrical artist. Her motivation for music is "to represent for real women dealing with real life issues." In September 2011, Ci Sam dropped her highly anticipated mixtape "Concepts Instrumentals Swishas And Music" which includes viral hits such as "No Prenup" and heartfelt lyrical spazzing like what is heard on her song "DOPE". In this project, Ci Sam talks about the life of a female artist with a dollar and a dream, and how Mary Jane makes the journey easier. In late 2011, Sam joined Team Cho Chase (Cho Chase Ent), becoming the first and only female artist on the label. Currently Sam is the co-creator and co-host of Scrap Radio, an internet radio show that promotes indie artists and discusses current events. Ci Sam can also be heard on various projects, such as #TheBlaqExperience and #BlaqRoyalty by C-Blaq, the CEO of Team Cho Chase.
